The nutritional quality of meals in reinforced canteens

-The Decree on the nutritional quality of meals in the school restoration was published Sunday, October 2, in the Official Journal. Applicable now in canteens, the text aims to strengthen the choice of meals provided to children, to limit consumption of salt or sauce and, a contrario, to encourage the consumption of bread and water.
With this Decree, school canteens have now duty to four or five dishes at each lunch. At least one of these dishes should contain a pad and a dairy product.
To combat overweight children, the distribution of salt and sauces will be controlled. Conversely, the bread and water will be distributed to children. Publi-information
