The first third-generation repaid contraception pill

-The Department Health announces this Friday 11 September as the first third generation contraceptive pill, Varnoline continuous Schering-Plogh laboratory, is now repaid up to 65%. The price of this pill is almost the same as that of these predecessors, i.e. 2.90 euros for a month and 7.28 euros for a three month treatment.
This refund is the result of a Government initiative. And to clarify: “manufacturers of third-generation pills preferring a non-refundable marketing at prices above those of contraceptives of 2nd generation”.

According to the Ministry of health, “pills of third generation, not reimbursed to date, representing approximately 50% in the volume of used oral contraceptives”.

The third generation pill is composed of less estrogen and progestin new. “Next”.
