The University may include therefore provisionally no new students in the Faculty of medicine. The Science Council a radical new concept for the Department now expects. Alternatively, the Panel sees the opportunity to design a viable concept, as it was called for a college without training of doctors. NRW-innovation Minister Andreas Pinkwart (FDP) stated that the country will the school «in this way intensely be take». A private school must be on a regular basis to issue accreditation. The Science Council as a national advisory body of federal and State will make the decisive assessment. The financing agreement concluded between the University and country runs until 2006. A further promotion through the country will only give it when «The University quickly presents a viable concept», stressed Pinkwart. At the same time, the Minister stressed that the private University in spite of critical Befundes in some areas as well as is. Also, the increase of tuition fees decided by the students themselves is an indication which acceptance have the school.
