Paris adopts the zen attitude as of September 29

-The 24th edition of the Salon Zen, to be held from 29 September to 3 October next to the space Champerret (Paris 17th), will focus on the “modernities” to allow the French to relearn how to unleash taken and to access the well-being in a world new thanks to different methods and therapies. During five days, visitors will be able to participate in lectures, practical courses, and access to a new space “Meditation”.
In the heart of this 24th Edition, modernity will be addressed in all its forms. The Ile-de-France including may participate in many conferences on the theme “Modernities and work” to learn how to manage emotions or to channel his energy, but also on the subject “Modernities of the relational” to forget, the time of day, meetings and trade virtual and reconnect with real contact.
Again this year, more than 300 exhibitors will invest the whereabouts of the Salon Zen. Visitors will thus be able to discover various psychotherapies, behavioral therapy or psycho-bodily techniques to break free from the daily stress, learn yoga, tai chi or oriental massages to resolve their tensions, or even decrypt the foundations of medicine China, naturopathic and herbal medicine to strengthen their health.
Some exhibitors will present new products, including bio cosmetics, care of the hair, ecological furniture, bedding, zen books or to minerals and crystals.
The organizers of this new Edition provide also 180 workshops-conferences free access on topics such as “health and joy by food!”, “Weight loss and received ideas”, “Tinnitus and naturopathic medicine”, “See, better living”, or “the cure of mare’s milk”.
Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in practices of 50 minutes, offered courses at €2 per person. Program: dance, Qi Gong, yoga, kung fu, wutao and cuirasses release method.
Great novelty this year, the show will host a “Meditation” space to teach individuals to manage their being evil and conflicts to which they are exposed to the daily. A time to be combined with “Personal development games” space where each discovers many therapies in a playful way.
