The sign of Gosselin is a sign of cancer of the testis (blade of Hydrocele out to the tumor, under which it perceives the hardness of the neoplasm) Finally the sign of Gosselin allows to distinguish between a Lipoma and cold abscess. This means placing a bag of ice or a spray of ether resulting in a cooling of the tumor, thus curing the Lipoma and not changing in any way the consistency of the abscess.
