Berlin (ddp). The Grand Coalition has apparently reached an agreement on the creation of a partially tax-financed health fund. This is taking after details of the ARD city Studio from the corner points to the health care reform, which should finally be discussed on Sunday evening in the Chancellery. Amount and type of control grant are still open. The contentious between the coalition partners issue, whether the private health insurance are to be included, is then also not yet been decided. The health policy of the Coalition want to leave a decision on the increase of the incomes on Sunday night. The funds should increasingly close contracts with doctors. The Kassenärztlichen associations remained unchanged however. For medicinal products, maximum prices are set, already next year, the pharmacies should save 500 million euros. The Union would like to revoke the derogation for Chroniker and also chronically ill in the future commit to a supplement of up to two percent of their annual salary. The SPD would expect higher co-payments only such chronically ill, not adequately involved in the treatment.
