Employees encouraged to monitor their fitness social game of business

-The Vivecoach.com service to maintain a healthy competition between employees of a company, offering fitness and nutrition challenges. The Californian company Vivecoach offers this service, for companies and public institutions, in more than 20 countries.
The platform allows to set goals, to start individual challenges or by team, to monitor the evolution of its weight and receive reminders by SMS. According to its creators, the game consists of short challenges, a period of 1 to 4 weeks, focusing on weight loss, the volume of physical activity or the choice of suitable snacks for the small hollow in the afternoon.
This type of service is also offered by the American company Keas, explains business utility to help its employees to keep in good physical shape: in addition to obtain better results, they could be thus lowering the cost of certain health insurance benefits.
According to the Gartner research organization forecasts, half of U.S. companies should have recourse to such playful means to motivate their employees by 2015.
