Marburg (dpa) – sleeping children at night at least half an hour more, encourage their concentration and responsiveness. The researchers of the Tel Aviv University in a study found as telling the German Green Cross (DGK) in Marburg. 77 Children aged between nine and eleven years took part in the investigation. First, all the children had completed after their usual bedtime reaction test on the computer. The children then went two days either an hour earlier or later in the bed. Children sent earlier in the bed slept an average of 35 minutes. Repeat tests, they cut better than at the beginning of the study. Worse, the children who got less sleep than usual, cut off in the second test. Parents whose children have difficulty in learning the experts therefore guess to send their offspring to bed earlier.
