A any changes of the cervix must be concerned but not worrying. • For dilation in 1 cm 2, erasure of 40 to 50 percent, down-1-2, average consistency, average position, the Bishop score is 1.
• Dilation in 3 to 4 centimeters, erasure of 60 to 70%, a RAID of 0, soft consistency and earlier position, the Bishop score is 2.
• For dilation centimetres of 5 or more than 5 cm, erasure of 80 percent, down from + 1 to + 2, the Bishop score is 3.

Prevention

Any abnormality in pregnancy should be suspicious: a shortening of the pass, a hole opened especially when it comes to the internal orifice, softening etc. The worsening of these changes observed during two successive reviews must be a sign of alarm.
