In other words, it is an emotional disorder characterized by a sense that it is difficult to define, essentially characterized by a kind of insecurity. The problem is to quantify this insecurity that when it is not a significant intensity limit allows or even physical intellectual performance and learning. By contrast, beyond the bearable, anxiety becomes pathological and confines the individual in a packaging as it can no longer control his anguish.

Causes

For Freud, psychoanalyst and physician, anxiety is in direct relation with unmet sexual needs. It would also be the fear of losing loved objects, and a disruption of the link psychological between parents and newborn (bonding). The anxiety is sometimes simply the sign of an organic disease (heart attack, asthma, respiratory failure, hormonal disruption such as an excess of thyroid secretion into the blood).Occurring in some (anxiety, hysteria, obsession, phobia) neurosis, anxiety becomes banal and may be also in a State of depression. Certain patients with psychosis as among other schizophrenic delusions, are likely to anxiety.

Symptoms

The stomach tightening sensation.Acceleration of the pulse.Acceleration of heart rate (tachycardia) with sometimes murky heart.Sometimes important perspiration.Respiratory difficulties.General malaise.Tightening of the throat.Printing of grip in the head or in the chest.Acceleration of breathing with respiratory discomfort.

Treatment

It is based on methods, of psychotherapeutic (Hypnotherapy). In some cases, it is necessary to have recourse to psychotropic drugs (anxiolytics, neuroleptic if necessary). You need to know that an excess of psychotropic drugs is likely to induce major anxiety.
